More than half (56%) of Poles have suffered from at least one lifestyle disease. 4.5 million people bought prescriptions for five or more active substances in a six-month period (NHF report 2020). 8 out of 11 research participants experienced unexpected medication shortages, causing stress and frustration.

9 screen-recorded usability tests with separate audio feedback sessions confirmed design direction. Minor interface adjustments based on findings improved user flow and ease of use.
